agents and investors help us to locate and purchase residences or
assists that can be acquired for 30% to 50% below market value.
We create legal entities that will protect any investors and us.

Overview
Through a combination of
- Purchasing distressed properties, repairing, upgrading and
selling quickly - Purchasing properties where value added improvement will
increase rents - Longer term hold on properties
We develop a portfolio of investments that contribute to Return on
Investment.
When purchasing property we:
- Do acquisitions where the net proceeds are over a defined
threshold. - Never accept less then positive net rental proceeds, (unless the
economics are so good that is warrants violating this objective).
Focus on Menlo Park and Atherton.
- We also look beyond the Bay Area in California and out of state
- We enjoy real estate on the East Coast & Montana where we
have family.

Mary Jane (M.J.) Davey started her career with IBM in Philadelphia in
1984. She worked for IBM from 1984 to 1995. During her 11 years
with IBM she worked in various roles in the Sales and Marketing
Division, specifically in the Finance and Insurance Industry. M.J. was
also a member of a Development Team to create front-end systems
for the older legacy systems. M.J. moved across the country to San
Francisco to join AT&T Wireless in 1995 and was a Major Accounts
Sales Executive calling on many of the Bay Area’s largest
companies. MJ was a co-founder of Atherton Lacrosse which offers
Lacrosse Classes, Camps and Clinics to Bay Area youth.

Before entering Real Estate and Investing, John spent 32 years in
Sales and Marketing in Voice and Data Telecommunications. John
has worked at InterVoice Corporation, a leader in the Interactive
Voice Response (IVR) industry. At InterVoice, he sold and helped
implement one of the world's largest financial telephone call centers
processing over 17 million calls per month, for the Bank of America.
John has held Sales and Marketing management positions with
Natural Microsystems, Electronic Tele-Communications Corp,
Syntellect and Centigram.
